Ryan Reynolds

Owner & Director 

Ryan Reynolds is the owner and director of Reynovate Constructions, bringing hands-on building expertise and strong project leadership to every job. He began his career with a small residential building company before moving into the commercial sector, where he spent eight years as a foreman, gaining extensive experience coordinating and managing large-scale projects. 

In 2019, Ryan returned to his roots and founded Reynovate Constructions, focusing on residential and small commercial projects. He is dedicated to turning clients’ visions into homes and spaces with care, precision, and an unwavering commitment to quality and satisfaction. 

Mick Tomlinson

Licensed Builder & Site Supervisor 

Mick brings over 40 years of experience in the building industry to our team. A qualified carpenter and licensed builder, he has worked across Canberra with both small construction companies and as an independent contractor. Mick is known for his precision, attention to detail, and passion for delivering work of the highest quality on every project. 

Kyle Bruce
Qualified Carpenter & Site Supervisor 

Kyle Bruce is a skilled carpenter and on-site leader who ensures every project runs smoothly and meets our highest standards. He joined our team as an apprentice in 2021 and, after completing his apprenticeship in 2024, became a full-time team member. Over the past four years, Kyle has been instrumental on-site, and we’re thrilled to have him continue contributing his expertise as we grow and take on new projects. 

James Buxton

Qualified Carpenter & Site Supervisor 

James is an experienced carpenter with a strong background in managing independent projects. He now brings his expertise and on-site leadership to every Reynovate project, ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional results for our clients 

Luca Giugni

Apprentice Carpenter
We are thrilled to welcome Luca to the Reynovate team! Energetic and motivated, Luca brings a fresh perspective and a strong eagerness to learn the trade. Under the guidance of our experienced team, he’s already making valuable contributions on-site and we’re excited to see him grow and develop his skills as part of our projects.
